Square Holes provides a critical role in helping services that help those in our society that need support. Including charities from disability services, to animal causes, health research, social welfare and the arts.
We help key services working in a challenging economic and government environment to support those with disabilities from the hearing and visual impairment, to learning, mobility and other challenges. We have presented consumer research and consumer insight based cases to boards and funders as to the priorities and realities.
Square Holes assists clients in the not for profit sector to help raise funds, adjust to the NDIS, and better serve those in need. We provide consumer insight and killer ideas to build brands, improve service, encourage engagement and to make fundraising a little easier. We provide precision to advertising and marketing strategies when return on investment on a shoe-string is paramount.
Mission: Rebranding and repositioning a welfare charity. At the time of the initial research the Mission was: “ A clear picture of how UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide isbeing perceived in the marketplace to set the foundations for new brand strategy. Opportunity exists to challenge assumptions and identify brand value and gauge a stronger connection with stakeholders.”
Journey: Qualitative and quantitative research was needed to provide clarity from clients, stakeholders and broader community. Focus groups, surveys and wider research was conducted to understand the consumer landscape.
Impact: Guidance and support to ensure the charity re-brand resonated with the community and ensured success of the programs into the future. Square Holes has assisted with ongoing monitoring of brand health and associated consulting.
