Elena Carapetis is Resident Artist at State Theatre Company South Australia, NIDA Graduate and a highly accomplished actor and now playwright, including State Theatre’s latest The Gods of Strangers.

A play set in 1947 Port Pirie in regional South Australia and is inspired by Elena’s childhood growing up in the region, her own ancestory and oral histories of Greek, Cypriot and Italian migrants.
